The hotel is super close to Haram, just a 5-min walk! The prayer area in the building with speakers was a huge plus. Plus, I loved the free Arabic coffee and dates at reception.

Had a great time with friends! We visited the nearby mosque and enjoyed exploring local markets. The location is super convenient, just a short walk away. Breakfast was a highlight with a good selection. Just be aware of some traffic noise at night.
One downside was the slow response time from the reception team when calling for assistance.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, particularly the reception team. The room was spacious, clean, and had a welcoming ambiance. However, there were significant issues, such as a malfunctioning safe and the hotel denying my request for extra bedding despite availability. Additionally, the inability to store our bags before check-in was disappointing.

nearby prayer area, convenient access to local attractions, free Arabic coffee
The internet connection is incredibly poor!!! The bathroom setup is outdated and not clean enough!!! The parking fees are exorbitant, and it would be better for guests if they were complimentary!!! Noise from the buses all night disrupts sleep!!!
